Every doc version carries its own release notes, published at a /changelog route scoped to that version.
This is distinct from your company's separate product changelog (see Create a changelog for your product in the Help Center) — this one is specifically the release notes for a given API/docs version, read by developers tracking what changed between versions of your API rather than your product's broader user-facing updates.
