Claude Code can create a new category for a draft that doesn't fit anywhere existing, or rename one that already exists.
A newly-created category lands unpublished, same as if you'd created it yourself. Renaming an existing category is a live change with real consequences worth knowing: it changes that category's public URL and can re-parent it — so this only happens with your explicit go-ahead, never silently.
